I’ve been trying to resolve my case for years with this law firm and they blatantly ignore emails and phone calls, I had a work injury in January of 2020 that left me with pieces/debris of glass in my hand and needed two painful surgeries to fix. I called and they said that they would take the case and I was relieved because the injury caused me to miss a year of work, the case manager blatantly has ignored my emails and phone calls for years, I had to call my lawyer repeatedly to find out when appointments were and half the time the appointments had already passed, which I had to reschedule. I informed them that I had to move to Michigan and they did not inform me about a doctors appointment until the day before the appointment.when I was 2,000 miles away. Every time I’ve tried to just settle so I could walk away with any compensation for a painful experience that affects me daily, they ignored me and kept negotiating lower settlement prices. I have felt like they have been actively ignoring and working against me and trying to get me the bare minimum, if you are looking for a lawyer or law firm LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.
