Rude receptionist to start,I have a dental emergency,but I can't get anyone to pick up the phone so I can be screened by phone to make sure I'm not infected with covid,Fact of the matter is,the entire clinic is filled with an unprofessional staff,so I'm gonna make the trip from Tigard,bypass the Beaverton office and go to Hillsboro where they actually HELP,and don't treat me like I ruined their day by making them work

The worst dentist I have ever been to. The dentist told me I needed an extraction on an mildly infected tooth because my filling came out and food got stuck in there, All I needed was a root canal which I got a second opinion from another professional dentist. Second she was in a rush when she was extracting my tooth and didn't even wait for my mouth to get numb. She gave me over 5 shots to rush the process and she didn't even prescribe me a antibiotic for my infection or a pain reliever. A few days after my mouth got infected. I called in and asked to speak with her, the receptionist told me she will call me back after she is done with her patient, she never called me back. I called 10 times and finally the receptionist said that she didn't have time for me and if I want antibiotics I have to get an additional exam. I already had an exam xrays everything a few days before. Oh and they don't have an available appointment until a week from now. That I need to go to an emergency dentist now and pay a lot of money all because she forgot to send me home with an antibiotic perception after she painfully extracted my infected tooth. All they care about is money the more patients they have the better. YOU are just a number. It is clearly not quality it's all about quantity. I made the mistake and didn't check all the bad reviews before I went there. Don't make the same mistake I did. You will regret it.

I have been several times over the years. I hate going to the dentist. These guys go above and beyond to keep the pain down, make my visit as good as possible, and everyone is very kind. I have had serious dental work there and they make a point to make me feel at ease, despite my poor insurance.
