I love penn station but they made my sandwich a minute before the fries were done shot sauce a over it then let it sit for 15 minutes. The fries don't need that long to cool either plus they use tongs. Penn Station rocks this one is staffed by subpar human beings.

AVOID GOING HERE! I went to this location back on November 7th. While there I ordered a sub, medium fries, and some cookies. When I got to the cash register the total the young woman told me seemed higher than normal so I asked for a receipt. The cashier, obviously annoyed, told me she couldn’t because their system wasn’t working. Since she was so huffy I decided just to pay it. Once I got home I looked to see what the total should have been by putting the same order in online. My total was notably lower so I submitted a complaint online. Two days later a supervisor called me and read what my receipt had on it. It included a wrap that I did not order and also never received. So the cashier must have added a wrap on there, could see that I should have been given it with my order, and withheld it. Having worked in fast food for years I am assuming Penn Station has a screen that informs the employees what should be in the order before they hand it out. So being charged for a wrap that I never got seems very sketchy to me and feels like I definitely paid for a wrap for one of the employees to later eat. The supervisor also told me that the GM claimed to have attempted to call me and was unable to reach me. I never received a call from the GM and had no missed calls on my phone. I was then offered a refund at the store, which I would have to coordinate with the GM, or a coupon in the mail. Since I at that point didn’t trust the GM to contact me for the refund I chose the coupon. However, after over a month, the coupon never arrived. Needless to say I won’t be returning to this location again.
