Hard to get to with the road closures, especially if you are not from the area. Nice open spaces for the dogs to run and some obstacle course gear there too.

The place is nothing like the photos, a sandy wasteland of potholes, left over construction porta potties and depression. For the dogs however, they love and take any chance they can to socialize, run and jump on each other. If recommend going to stow's bow-wow park, yes it's a bit farther. But your dog if they love water like mine, will love you more for it. Because bow-wow park has a lake in the center

Perfect place to take your best friend! Everyone I've seen there are welcoming, friendly, energetic, and have well mannered humans 🤣. Three large fenced playgrounds for small, medium, and large dogs (usually med. & large play in same area) with water access, trash cans, and baggies. There are woods and railroad tracks to wander for a couple miles on the left side, 1/2 mile of open field on the right, 3 trails (each over 4 miles) you can walk, plus both the Cuyahoga & Little Cuyahoga rivers run through it.

Very nice park, my boy Owen had a great time, the park board was there today and they all were very friendly. If I knew today was the dog trick or treat I would've come and done that today too. (It was on their website, I just didn't think to check if they have events.)

No fee for use of the park. There are typically fundraising events through the year.

Would it be weird for a single guy to just play with the dogs if he didn't have one? Asking for a friend.

Tell him to visit the local pound and adopt a new friend to visit the dog park with. That wouldn't be weird.
