I ordered 20 trees from Van Well. They made every step of the process easy! Dee was a wealth of knowledge for someone like me who knew nothing about growing fruit trees. Even though I am sure I am a very small customer Dee spent time answering all of my questions. After my trees were planted, I had a couple of questions that I submitted via email, I received an answer back from the President of the company who also choose to replace a couple of my trees that were struggling, and I didn't even ask! Five-star customer service!
