God bless you, Ryan at the Licensing Desk! I was getting my tabs and some new license plates and leaving right then to go out of town. I said, "Hope I don't get stopped between here and where I'm going". Ryan grabbed a screwdriver and went right outside in the cold and put them on for me! What a sweetheart!!!

No, you can't get an identification card at this location.
I don't think there is. Mine wereexpired and I paid the normal amount. They tacked on a new $20 fee just for everyone now though so they will still be more than last year :(
