Been going here for at least 10 yrs. In Whittier. Their downsizing results are horrible. Hard to find things, just shoved in corners, no kne on floor to help. Decisions of why & what to keep or no longer stock are hard to understand. No reason to go back after today. Upgrade to Shapora bad decisions. No one at counters. Bye Kohls

Always great customer service!! Staff is professional, helpful, patient and kind. This evening, I witnessed a return associate demonstrate this while helping a customer who seemed comfused about which card she used on her purchase and where to find her order information. I was extremely impressed at the associate's patience and helpful manner. Way to go Kohl's! :)
