In its slow but ultimate death, JCPenney’s will always be remembered as one of the pillars of the retail giants of my lifetime. As with all the others, Sears, Montgomery Wards, Etc., online retailers have smothered out the legacies and a new era of retail shopping has emerged. But until the lights are turned out, JCPenney’s still has some great buys on goods throughout the store. Their clearance sections can be treasure troves for bargains galore. Like the unicorn, finding a store still open for business can be the hardest part. But if you have one that is, stop in and see what I’m talking about. You’ll be surprised at what you’ll find.

JC Penney was a great store now it dirty unorganized and look horrible not inviting at all. CHILDREN SECTION SUCK DIRTY NASTY.

I’ve always liked JCPENNEY, the employees are always nice but for the first time I was treated horribly and this lady has to know it’s not ok…I wasn’t going to post this because I did call and complain to the supervisor but I let so many things go because I normally don’t complain and I’m a really really nice person and I tend to let people walk all over me but not this time..the way I was treated yesterday April 28,2022 at 2:30 pm was really disappointing, I think it’s time for this lady in fine jewelry to retire…her name is Fortida and she has an accent…she was acting bothered that I wanted to look at different jewelry, giving me prices and then she would take it back and say she didn’t say that , when I told her she did give me that price on a certain pair of earrings she said you are going to get me fired ..then I wanted to look at some tiny earrings and she said no those aren’t for you they are too little…lots of adults wear small earrings …very argumentative…if I didn’t want something she would slam the jewelry case closed and said you call me when you want help and abruptly walk away from me and didn’t really want to help me…then I was looking at a necklace…I wanted an 18 inch necklace…she says NO…that’s too small for you , you need a 20 inch…now I’m getting mad…argue argue argue…then she would misinterpret things I would say…THEN I had her hold a pair of earrings for me…she held the wrong ones , the ones I didn’t want…then when it was time to ring me up I asked her if I can see the earrings to make sure they were the ones I wanted because I had a feeling she didn’t hold the right ones..sure enough they were the wrong ones and when I told her they were the wrong one she rolled her eyes up in her head and again abruptly walked away so I followed her to show her the ones I wanted to begin with…my husband was with me he couldn’t believe it…she shouldn’t be working with the public…it’s time to retire
