Today, my sister broke her leg at this gym. I understand that accidents happen and there isn’t a lot we can do about it and it is not their fault that it happened. But, the reason I am leaving this 1 star review is because of the complete negligence of the staff. I saw her break her leg and immediately ran to the front desk telling them to call a paramedic so my sister would have help as soon as possible. Instead they tried to wrap the leg themselves with no idea what they were doing. They also asked her with a broken leg to try to stand and get on crutches. We ended up having to call the paramedics ourselves almost 5 minutes after the incident happened. Even after I asked them to seconds after it happened. I am not saying the facility wasn’t great but the staff was very unprofessional with the way they handled the injury and believe they need to be trained for situations like this. Very disappointed

I absolutely love this gym! The facility is clean, large, and new routes are always being set, all with varying difficulties. Plenty of top rope, autobelay, lead climbing, and bouldering to do and the community is so welcoming and friendly. So happy I joined!

The climbing community here is amazing! I am so grateful with how helpful the staff is and how friendly the other climbers are. Can't wait to take classes!

This place is amazing! This was my wife and I first time there and it was exactly what I expected. If not more. The staff was very helpful. Matt was very informative and provided tons of info and tips and ways to climb and different techniques. I would definitely recommend. Fair pricing for day passes. Met great people there too who shared some great experiences there and was great to meet other seasoned and rookie climbers.

You need a parent or guardian to sign your initial waiver to do any climbing. After that I believe teenagers are able to climb without an adult specifically overseeing them.
Day passes are $25, matinee day passes are $20 (weekdays before 3pm). -$5 for kids. Right now we are only allowing members and punch pass holders in the facility but hope to open it up to the public in the next month. Check out our website for more information about pricing and memberships.
They have machines you can fill it out when you get there with.
One day passes are available for $25 and it is all day meaning you can come and go all day. Shoe rental is $5 I think so plan on at least $30 per person.
