Don’t love the parking lot (very small and street parking is limited), but everything else about this gym is fantastic.

A very nice and well maintained bouldering gym. The staff were super friendly and the sets here were extremely fun to climb on. The training area (there is one upstairs and downstairs) is well-equipped with weights, hangboard, anything you can think of except for a moonboard. The change room is where the washrooms are, you can also find showers in this area which is very nice, not a lot of gyms have this amenity. From showers to lockers to toilets, everything was spotless. Snacks and drinks are available for purchase at the front of the store. Grading (V grades) is a little soft. I know for a fact that I am not a V4 climber and I flashed a couple of them. However, I love the fact that there were many problems that require a dyno move, those were challenging but super fun for me!

I had so much fun, it was my first time. The staff was super friendly and Katherine made me feel very comfortable. It's a great fitness environment and I'll definitely be back.

An amazing bouldering gym. The walls were designed super well to 1 offer tons of climbing and 2 to offer varied unique angles. W/ great customer service, excellent setting, showers + workout area, this is one of the best bouldering gyms I've been to in the western U.S. All the climbs I got on here were set with a 4/5, 5/5 quality. (Imo) As a 6" climber, all the climbs had just the right number of holds to make the sequencing clear and flowy. (If I was shorter I'd probably wish there were more foot holds) Climbs are well varied in style. (even the easier ones) Climbs seem a bit soft in comparison to Utah and Arizona setting. Overall the climbing is excellent! Staff are very attentive, helpful, and friendly. In particular, I spoke with Brad and Claire. They were both awesome, answering my multiple questions through out the night! I arrived around 8:45 pm on a Wednesday night. It was pretty dang busy, even for how late it was. (I was always able to get immediately on the wall, because although it was busy, there was a lot of standing around and chatting. -seems like a great community) By 10 pm, the gym was fairly empty. Showers are upstairs w/ free towels available downstairs. Community tape. Community skin maintenance kit. Reminders on rules posted through out the gym. Good gym etiquette from the climbers. Top out boulders. Comp style problems. Campus boards. 4 different sizes including a sloper. Workout area downstairs and upstairs. Lockers upstairs.

Street parking is free in the area but you may have to walk a block or so. There is street parking on 6th if you can find it and sometimes in the lot if you get there early enough.
There's about 10-15 dedicated spaces and then street parking.
Yes they do, also offer shoe rentals, free chalk
There isn't specific area's for kids but there are some walls that are easy to start I would advise once in ask the ppl in at the front desk to show you around see. Sorry if not much help😅
Not that I've ever seen. Not sure where they would put it given the space
Very friendly. Of the four Touchstone gyms in Los Angeles, LA Boulder probably has the most developed community of climbers. It means it can be a bit intimidating at first because so many people know each other, but my experience is that they all love meeting new people and love talking climbing. My advice: start conversations often while you rest between climbs; it's a great social sport.
81 a month but you get access to all of their locations - 4 in LA - two free guests per month, discounts on merchandise and clinics, and fitness classes like yoga and bootcamp.
