Hollywood diver not only has a huge selection but the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I needed the battery on my dive computer changed and after calling and stopping into many dive shops in the LA area Hollywood Divers told me to come in and changed my battery, gave me the right information about what I needed, and were so helpful. I will absolutely return to this shop!

I was looking for some snorkeling equipment for an upcoming trip and my friend recommended Hollywood Divers. Turns out they are all some of the nicest folks I've ever met! Bill, Hal and Jack helped me figure out what I needed and made great recommendations for my budget. I had to special order a dry bag, and when it didn't arrive in time before my trip, they lent me their own dry bag! Talk about treating me like family!! Seldom have I witnessed such stellar help and customer service. I highly recommend them for all your needs. They'll treat you right!

We have had awesome experiences with Hollywood Divers. We were in California to dive the Channel Islands and needed to pick up a few things we needed. We had been to Hollywood Divers a couple years ago and thought that the service was fantastic (they were able to fix my SPG, saving our dive trip). So they were the first place we thought of to to this trip. The service was fantastic. Brad and Joe were super helpful and very friendly. I would definitely recommend Hollywood Divers for your scuba needs!

I just got a Nauticam housing for my Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera and needed some help completing the system. Kurt Newmeyer in the underwater-camera department at Hollywood Divers was extremely helpful. I needed a port, port adapter, extension ring, and some gears. He patiently walked me through the pros and cons of the various approaches I was considering. He also helped me decide whether to go with and Acrylic or Glass port. A glass port is almost twice as much as the acrylic, so I wanted be sure I considered all the options. There is a wealth of knowledge at Hollywood Divers and it's based on experience rather than just repeating tech specs. I work in the film industry and there's a lot of expensive equipment that promises you the world and then underdelivers. Not here, it's awesome to be able to draw on all the experience the crew at the dive shop has to offer. Definitely my new go-to shop for underwater camera gear. A+
