Booked an appointment for 2:30, arrived at 2:15 and was greeted at the door with little wait time, sat down with the designer for about 2 hours designing as customising my jacket exactly the way I wanted it, the friendliest people that I have met, couldn’t be a better establishment, prices are amazing for what I wanted and able to pay 50% down and 50% upon completion, understandable wait times considering what an amazing place it is, would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to get a Custom Varsity Jacket done right, have an idea of what your are looking for before coming in and familiarise yourself with the components of the jacket you are looking for. Got my sons Letterman jacket here and the ladies that helped me, one when i ordered and the other when i picked up, were both very nice. Everything went smooth. Jacket was ready about 4 days before the date they gave me so that was awesome.

Showed up and spent the next 3 hours one on one going over every detail due to our school not being in there database. We had to build the school jacket from scratch. My daughter had a great experience going over all the options and combinations making her jacket just right. She is excited to getting it in 3 weeks. Great experience, outstanding customer service. Jacket was pricey but well worth it. Class of 2019.
