Always love coming here! They are always slammed so ordering ahead is a good idea and worth the wait. Because they're always busy, their customer service isn't always the focal point, it's making the food. But they aren't rude either. If you meander around the store, you'll find all sorts of fun drink selections and snacks or chips to go along with your sandwich!

Best place around to get a great deli sandwich. Great variety of drink choices with craft sodas, ginger beer, and kombucha. Perfect spot to stop for a quick lunch to go.

The sandwich is king here. Great spot to pick up lunch before an afternoon visit to Balboa Park where the food offering leaves a lot to be desired. Grocery items are priced at a premium; I suppose it’s necessary to pay the rent and I don’t mind supporting a small business. Looking forward to trying the soup. Cheers to delicious meaty sandwiches (get the Ruben - it doesn’t disappoint).

Sandwiches are great - ordered Texas Special and Californian. Family had Benny's Special and BLT. Size and amount of stuffing was worth the price tag.
