This is the worst bank I ever seen if you are business man/woman stay away it’s simple they can freez your account for no reason I has receiving my business account 1.8 million past two and half years and last week $7400 wire I received my account they froze my account and they put negative of $492128 I was shocked I thought it was security breach or something they said we need to verify wire you have received Iam like what is wrong this people I have been receiving wire and ACH every week over a million dollars why this $7400 is different nobody can explain I provided proof everything is legal and clear I can’t access my money and I couldn’t able to pay my employees this is ridiculous I do t recommend none fifth third bank

I am so dissatisfied with this location I went there yesterday to cash and Advance America check and they told me because it has too many numbers at the bottom of the check that they could not take my check that the system wouldn't read it the next day I went to the Fifth Third By Polaris and even had my husband go in there to deposit the check and they took it with no problem it made me feel like that this Bank on Morse Road was trying to accuse me of trying to steal or forged a check or something when I've been doing this for a little over a year this is the first time I ran into this problem it's also the first time I tried to do that at that bank another time was when I was doing a withdrawal and I put my phone down on the counter in front of the teller I had my one year old at the time in my hand and a lot going on as a parent after I got my money I walked away and left my phone the person behind me must have picked my phone up and walked out with it and kept it for themselves it's a Samsung Galaxy 5 I called them once I realize my phone was missing it was 30 minutes after the fact to see if it was there or been turned in and if they can check their cameras for it they told me it wasn't there and that I had to get a police report to check the cameras I got my police report they still wouldn't let me check the camera so this location has been very horrible to me will never go at this location again

Bank manager and tellers are professional, friendly, and fast. However, the ATM was out of order.

the people are great that work there but they have no idea whats going on about two years ago I got a cashiers check from them to buy a car went to buy the car everything went fine next day I get a call from the dealer he said u have to bring the car back your bank cancelled the cashiers check which I didn't think you could do and its illegal. so I hate fifth third but been stuck here cause of many different things going on .... so anyway called them up and they said sorry that's it didn't fix the problem just basically screwed me and I got stuck with the fees so don't go with 53

Questions & Answers

Service is slow, don’t want to visit this location again changing my bank from next time. Banker left once we arrived that is how they respect there customer.
