Made an appointment. Had no one in to service my appointment so I wasn’t able to get anything done. Probably shouldn’t be allowed to make appointments for services if they don’t have the people available to be scheduled to complete the services.

Wonderful service, truly, chefs kiss 😭🤚🏽 They were so nice and professional, especially since ya girl was frazzled due to the night before 🤧 my tire went flat at 2 am, so I ended up towing it here and waited till 8 am for them to open and once they did and I finally talked to someone, they were sooo compassionate and ugh so amazing ! They took $80 off the total purchase and truly I can’t thank them enough for working with me and my sister at the time 😌 they were fast and efficient, totally recommend! Thank you again !!! :)

I had a set of tires put on my 2019 Acura MDX By Goodyear Fife, and I noticed weather stripping was torn during the install. I informed the manager, JR…his response, “my guy wouldn’t have done that and if he had, we would have done something about it.” Avoid Goodyear, they don’t take care when installing tires and there’s no recourse if something is damaged during the process. -Chris

I'm very impressed with the staff here especially Mike, the mechanic I worked with the most. I was taken advantage of from a "friend" of mine that had no clue how to replace the thermostat in my new vehicle although he assured me he did so when I came home from work to find my engine torn apart and one of my front tires off the car I was more than alarmed. The next day after my "friend" didn't show up to complete what he'd started, my only option was to tow it to Goodyear, the only place I'd taken it to see if they could put it back together. I know a lot of places would have said no simply because of how many pieces it was in but, they put it back together and fixed my thermostat issue all at the last minute. Need less to say, I'll never have that "friend" do anything for me again and I'll always take it here. They were great. Especially Mike. He went out of his way to make sure my car was fixed and that it was safe. Very professional and honest and in this case since they didn't know how much was involved in putting it back together in regards to time and expense, I trusted he would make sure it would work out and I'd get my car back in perfect condition. I did and I'm very grateful. What a disaster and luckily I can now say that I have a place I can trust. Thanks for everything guys. I'll be back (hopefully not to soon though...lol). Julie Brown
