The lady in the printing center was beyond rude and just kept handing me the printing card which I already had and tried! She refused to listen to what I needed help with and kept shoving the card at me. Didn’t get what I needed printed and she ruined staples for me. I’ll drive else where. Never have been in to this store without a negative experience :/

I recently moved to Albany, OR and purchased multiple items from Staples including office chair, floor mat and optical mouse/keyboard. When I purchased items, I received exceptional service. However, I had to return the mouse/keyboard as they continued to stall while applying for jobs. When I went in to exchange for alternate product within a week of purchase, I did not have original packaging. The general manager, Alen, rolled his eyes at me and informed me that returns need to be in "sellable" condition. He was willing to work with me but not without a lecture. I found this to be very unprofessional and have never experienced this with any other retail store/employee. I am a Staples Reward member but will not be going back. There are too many other, more courteous retail providers where I can get comparable product without a hassle when they prove to be sub-par. In my opinion, this GM Alen, needs to go back for more training as his staff is MUCH more professional than he is. It's a shame.

Bought laptop which had to be ordered. Told 1-2 days. After being approved for credit which took some time and sale completed the salesperson informed me it would take 7-8 days to receive. 8 days without computer not a big deal except I do my bills on line and receive paperless statements. Would not check other stores and I would have been happy to pick up. Always been happy with Staples not this time.
