such rude employees! i brought in an online return today and two of the employees at the register behaved as if i was the largest inconvenience for them. they were extremely dismissive and passive aggressively stating that “normally” customers keep the bags the online orders came in. clearly bringing in an online return is way too much of an inconvenience for this location.

So I got locked out of my car, with my phone and keys in the trunk, outside this Tj Maxx. The staff were amazing ! They let me use their phone, checked in with me, brought me water, and made sure I was safe during the 3 hours I waited for AAA. They really made a bad situation better by being such kind humans

I love the sheer variety of goods that are sold here. I recently came looking for a particular thing that I need and didn't happen to find it this time. Regardless, I love this store and the fact that no matter what I'm looking for, I invariably find at least several additional things that I end up buying (or seriously wanting to buy on a whim). It's that kind of place. In the case of this store, and even in the other T.J. Maxx in this corner of the Willamette Valley, the staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. I find that whenever it's time for me to go out looking for something in particular, I am always very eager to shop here and see what other great bargains I will find along the way.

Going to T.J. Maxx today was a lot of fun. It wasn't crowded. There wasn't a wait for a turn to check out and it was easy to maintain a healthy distance throughout the store. I found so many things that I needed and some I wanted at good prices. Men's t-shirts for $4, a lightweight cotton throw blanket on clearance for $8, Virgin olive oil, pesto sauce, notebooks, planners, storage bins, shoes, and plenty of clothes. I really liked the section with furniture - end tables, desks, storage ottomans, tiered shelves, paintings/wall hangings, floor lamps. Quality stuff, decent prices and lots of steals throughout the store.
