They surly dont know to get orders out in the order they come in. My daughter waited 30 mins for 20 boneless wings and lg fry. I got mine the second we walked in the door. Then had to sit with my food getting cold waiting for my daughter to get her food. They didn't give me the extra ranch I PAID for. We watched customers reach over the counter to grab cups and the employees didnt care every drink was empty and only spraying water out the macheine. The store was filthy dirty windows, I mean come on do better. Staff came out to ask her name 5 times and still had to go back and make her order nc they served customers that came in after us before us repeadly. My food is cold, this place is dirty. What a bad impression for our first time ever eating here. Dont think ill ever return. Bad bad management yall! Real bad!!!

Felt like they made my timed order a hour before and let it sit. The guy at the counter was very nice. I don't think I'll trust timed orders again. Food was good though after I had to pop them back in the air fryer.

4/20 wings are to die for! It should be a menu item! I ordered over the phone: The customer service representative was extremely professional,prompt and helpful. When I arrived my order was ready and everyone was pleasant and professional.!! Great visit

Do NOT go to this location if you don’t have to!! We ordered wings for the college football playoffs and received the greasiest wings with little to no seasoning I have ever had from Wingstop. I love the offerings from the Wingstop franchise but I’ll reconsider every time now after this experience. They tasted HORRIBLE which has never happened in the 6 years since I was put on to Wingstop. The two stars are simply because the order was ready and accurate but I’ll never visit this location again regardless of the circumstances.
