With their 4.5 star rating, I went in with positive expectations, believing that they would be courteous and fair with their appraisals of my 24k gold pieces. I had both my certificate of authenticity and proof of purchase. Unfortunately, I was met with rudeness by both the lady using an outdated gold tester kit (which was proven to be inaccurate when she tested my pendant with a second jewelry test kit) and Dennis, the owner. Before being asked to leave, they demanded to look at my ID saying it was mandatory for each customer which I’ve never heard of. This is the type of poor customer service that sways customers both old and new from returning. Do better.

Was a first time buyer. Dennis, the man behind the counter, was awesome. Extremely kind, patient, and professional. It's easy to see why he has been in business for so long. This is a great place to go if you want to invest in precious metal. I called ahead, and all the stuff I wanted was all together for when I showed up. Will visit again!
