I have been coming here for 10+ years when my husband is hospitalized at OSU. Today, some of the machines weren't working. The prices are way too high. There is a good deal of mold in the fabric softener dispensers for many of the machines I used. The small machines were $4.50 and the next size up was $7.00!!! The bathrooms were not in use because the ceiling had fallen in!!! Management- PLEASE FIX THINGS!!! I probably won't come back until you do.

Showed up today at 4 minutes before 6 pm after looking at their hours on Facebook which stated they were opened from 9 am to 9 pm so I went since I was there Sunday thought I would give it a shot had trouble with one washer so lost $5.00 there and I’ve got almost $20 left on this card that I will probably never use I may just give it away because 4 minutes before 6 and they tell me last load is in at 6 but they had already shut the washers down and the lady was really rude because I walked on her mopped floor not my problem. I am going to continue to support Dirty Dungarees they just regained a customer yay dirtys BOO blue bubble.

WAS BETTER ONCE: I've been coming here for more than 5 years now and the management seem care less about customers every single day. Their restrooms have been broken for months and they don't take the time or effort to fix it. And the attendant lady is always rude and acting up angry when asked simple questions or asking for help. Literally every single time this lady has answered me in a rude tone on multiple occasions. I hope the owner sees this review. I am tired of being treated this way when I come out my area to do laundry here.

I think I've been going to this place for about six or seven years now. It's always been a clean environment to do clothes, no trash anywhere, washers and dryers are both clean and big enough to do more than 50 lb of clothes. Only thing I can nick-pick about is this place doesn't allow access the the restroom anymore; not even for paying customers. Another thing is how this place is how busy is on the weekends. Sure there's usually no kids running around in thereI have notice more people coming by looking at my dirty laundry lol, but that's just good business. Overall very good.
