Working with Allen and Travis to get a new jeep Cherokee and they gave me a GREAT deal! I honestly loved working with them. They’re going to fix a parking sensor and said they would deliver it when it’s fixed! Update: two days later. My new jeep was supposed to have a parking sensor fixed, I was told it would take an hour. It’s been two days, I’m being told “it’ll be delivered tomorrow” and I’m getting nervous, hoping I didn’t make a mistake trading my old Jeep. They gave me a loaner that doesn’t start in the cold, heater barely works, and it’s 7 degrees out. I really hope this car doesn’t turn out to be a lemon… Update to the update. The key fob has stopped working and I remember them saying they give you one free set, now they changed their story since mine stopped working. Car has lots of problems. Also, had to send back the paperwork like 3 times just to get it registered. Would not recommend this dealership. They bribe customers with scooters gift cards to leave positive reviews before the customer even leaves the dealership.

Today we bought a 2017 Dodge Cummings and we were very happy with our salesman Gage. He was not pushy nor did he try to sell us something we didn’t want. When it was time for financing Travis was super fast and had everything ready for us. We had our 10 year old with us and he had a blast in the showroom. What a brilliant idea to the pass time. Best car shopping experience I’ve ever had. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle. I’ve never walked into a dealership before where the owner was welcoming people in personally. The weather was very terrible that day and I was surprised at how cozy the inside of the dealership was . Extremely comfortable atmosphere everyone is extremely professional but laid back at the same time. Rocky was absolutely great and informative ever step of the process. I have never been in and out of a finance office faster in my life. I will be coming back with friends and family for years to come.
