I'm just a truck that goes to the local bakierys and picks up the waste product and brings it back to our warehouse and makes animal feed out of the waste and supply the local dairies in Washington and Oregon.

We have been buying City Sour for 11 year. My favorite has been the sour dough tray rolls. But recently you reduced the size of the roll. It's so tiny now it is not good. The center is not as soft and delicious like it use to be. Please increase the sour dough tray rolls back to original size. Just increase the price 25 cent per package of 8 rolls...so I can still have the larger try rolls. The new roll size is very tiny. Not as good.

Since Google wont fix it! We are not a retail location or cafe. We do offer will call pick ups of any of our bread product if you would like to purchase product. I sadly wish we offered sweets but we do not. I am an employee at Portland French and feel bad every time I have to turn someone away because of the picture that shows the pastries. I am more then happy to provide you bread with will call orders or tell you all the locations that carry our bread! Feel free to give us a call with any questions!

Hi you bake at 350 for about 10 minutes. A little bit more if you like them a little crispy. The cranberry ciabatta rolls are my favorite. We also make plain, garlic and one with Tillamook cheese on them. Hope this helps. Enjoy.
Not an employee but it may be the yeast. Not their fault, it very well could be a different brand of yeast due to supply issues

I'm sorry we don't. Were local Portland Oregon bakery. Our breads and rolls are all made from scratch every day. With no preservatives. All organic. We sell to 100's of retailers and supply restaurants. Costco in the Portland area also has some of our products. Have a wonderful day
