Long waiting time, bad quality. They are not managing this location perfectly. Every time something missing in my Pizza.

Waited for 2+ hours to get my order ready and pickup. Staff are being thrown under the bus to handle the mismanagement. No one in the staff has authority to correct the mistakes as drivers handles the counter and look-outs for the pizza coming out of oven. This franchised store is owned privately, and I suggest the owner to work in the store, to understand the real issues, as staff are overloaded and really needs help. I saw that, Staff have to apologized frequently to the unhappy customers on behalf of store owner. Store owner should not put his employees in this situations. He should work there to feel the pain.

We waited over an hour past delivery time and when my husband called, the store manager asked my husband if he wanted to apply for a job instead of complaining. I understand being short staffed and longer wait times. I understand frustration, but that is not acceptable.

I put in an order at 2pm with a 445pm pickup. I arrived at 440pm and was prepared to hear my order would be a few more minutes. They told me they were getting ready to put it in the oven and it would be another 15-20 minutes. I said no, cancel the order and give me money back. This is the third time this store has done this, and I order there so I can pick up on my way home from work, going from Columbus to Delaware. After leaving the restaurant an employee follows me to the parking lot arguing about how unreasonable I was. I told him I didn't want the order because I had to be back to Delaware by a certain time, but he kept yelling at me in front of other people. This went on for a good 5 minutes. I will never order from this store again, and most likely never from Dominos.
