These are a joke do not move here after 2 days of moving her I see a roach have pictures and all I have been emailed and calling adking them to spray my apartment the pest control show up 2 times after that still saw roaches they do nothing here abaout it they told me pest control would come back out and did not next month Oct 14 im being charge 95 for claiming they came in my home when i have alarms how can you come in with my alram they lied on my nobody never came considering dont move here in calling 6 on your side they lied about air conditioning they do not have certain AC. Both my kids have asthma they nothing about it I had get carmes becouse people break into your homes dont move here my car was brokeing into and the office did nothing about it dont move here

I moved into the meadow brook townhomes a few months ago and so far it has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Kye and Renee are always available when needed, if I need a work order done they get on it ASAP without any hesitation. I referred a couple of my friends and family to the place. I rate them the full 5 stars because they absolutely deserve it. Anytime something happens and the office isn’t open , the emergency maintenance come out within the hour to get it right! Today they had resident appreciation day. Never known a complex to do so before. This is my own and I’m not going NOWHERE for a long while.😍 thank you meadow brook!!! For making feel at home

Preparing to take my issue to court. I spoke with Meghan about moving out and having my father take over my lease. She told me to have him fill out an app with app fee. That was done. Didn’t hear from Meghan after several attempts to contact her through phone/email until days before we moved out. She then claimed my father could not move in, even though we proved he had enough income, we’ve lived there without missing a payment for almost 2 years, and my father is disabled. After my father talked to Meghan, she agreed to let us out of the lease if we drop our keys off. We did that and never heard from them until I received a letter in the mail. The letter was a bill charging us rent for the rest of our lease, fees, and late fees for june, july, and august a MONTH after we moved at the time we told them we would. Not to mention the times my fiancé’s and my cars were broken into on their property and the horrific stories that others have about this company and their properties. This could all have been avoided with the least amount of communication.

Lived there for over 6 years then this pass DECEMBER I got an notice stating that they wouldn't like to renew my lease for the upcoming year and I had to be out before JAN 1! Soo this basically left me homeless because who finds an apartment that quickly- when I first moved in I love that place then they changed management and put a drunk in the front office which I hated and the roach problem did affect me but not as severe as my neighbors I was paying no more than 600 when I lived there but new tenant I spoke with play close to 900 which is a scam. Never move there this is from someone who dealt with these people for 6 + years.
