They gave me the wrong order. I drive it all the way back. And they were very rude the manager was about having to change the food I bring the food that they gave me which was a mistake and she said she has to throw it away but then I watched her take it out of the bags. And I asked her if I could get a sweet tea for my inconvenience of having to drive all the way back and she said I guess I can normally I don't. I recommend to pass that KFC up and go to the to the next one and hopefully they are a lot more polite and give you the right food

We were asked to go through drive thru ,we were not important enough to have our order taken inside. Then had 4 cars ahead of us that were not in line. Then told told the tenders were not ready for 15 mins.

Today our food was fresh and hot😋. It took a little longer but it was worth the wait . The beyond chicken tenders were so good and hot. Great taste and texture!

Chicken was great, but they forgot the dipping sauces for the chicken fingers, my biscuits, and the mashed potatoes! The workers seemed slammed and stressed, so maybe that was part of it. I felt bad for them, and they were quite nice and courteous. But for the price of this fast food ($28 for 3 small meals), I should not have any part of my order missing. I'll be going to the Pickerington location from now on.
