The QR scanning system was not explained well, and the waitress rushed off to another table before we explained we were paying separately. The ordering system was complicated and I had my friends orders on my order because we had scanned the same QR Code. The waitress came over and we explained this, and she told me "you screwed it up" for my friend mistakenly putting his salad on my order. There was no canceling system so she had to yell at the kitchen to stop and then come back and continue to be condescending towards my group because we had made mistakes due to a convoluted system. I highly recommend switching the ordering system, as it frustrates customers and waiters who take it out on the customers alike. I will not be returning and encouraging people to stay away.

Very nice people. Right now we use a QR code to view the menue and then you pay online. The food came out quickly long before our flight. We tipped with cash but you can add a gratuity online also.

We ordered fried and breaded Mac & cheese bites, fried breaded coliflower bites, fried breaded mushrooms and wings. All delishious. Service was good, bathroom is clean, and there's alot of seating if you have a large group. I would return to this place again.

This is a pretty good little "Chili's" Too located in the John Glenn Columbus International Airport right next to gates A1 and A2. I had the mushroom and swiss burger and it was very good and cooked to perfection. It came with fries and those were perfect as well. They have a nice assortment of beers on tap as well as in bottles. Seems like the Patron Margarita is a favorite here. The also have a To-Go walk up and order station located next to the entrance for those who just want to grab something and head to the gate. The bartenders and servers are very friendly and attentive. I had a very good experience here and recommend you pop in if you have some airport downtime.
