I was a long-time customer with them for 10+ years, but unfortunately their business has declined considerably these past few years. Between the cold, empty rooms, the inability to be there to comfort our pets in person, and poor handling by the staff, it created a stressful environment that put our pets under great duress. I will no longer be conducting any business with them. Avoid this place if you care about your pets' well-being.

Overall love the place for regular checkups and emergency visits if needed. The staff is amazing however what's NOT amazing is they try and force you to use their online pharmacy and not one of your own choosing.. will not be back over this.

I took my fur baby here with what could of been a blockage they got her in same day and they did xrays and blood work . Took amazing care of my dog and gave me at home care instructions with follow up call to check on her. No blockage and meds worked well. 2 days later she’s on the mend.

Thank you for helping my doggy. When my dog was bleeding badly and needed help. The other vets offices turned us away. Petplex didn't. Without the surgery she wouldn't have been okay. The staff took amazing care of me and Eclipse. And we still have our doggy thanks to them.
