Love the one on Maple Ave in Zanesville. The one on East Pike is not good at getting the order right and will hassle you if you come back through the line to get the order right. The new manager from Maple Ave is now there. She plans to fix the problem.

A little slow, but the friendly ladies made up for it with their pleasantness. They seemed understaffed which is hardly their fault.

On my way back to Columbus from Zanesville, I realized that I had a craving for a Big Mac. As I made my way down the pot hole filled construction zone they call a street to make it to McDonald's, I see that the drive through had a pretty large line. In my wisdom, I decided to just go in and order it to go. I walked up to the counter and waited and waited and waited. After a good 5 mins, I finally got someone to take my order. After my order was taken, I stood there and waited for my #1 to quickly be made so that I could be on my way. As I stood there and waited, with no one ahead of me, I realized that 15 minutes had went by and I still hadn't even received my drink. About that time I finally received my order and I was on my way after just 20 minutes. Now that's "fast" food SMH

Look, let's be honest this is McDonald's. You know what you're getting when you go to McDonalds. With that being said I will say that this McDonald's seem to be a little nicer than most. Everything from the food on the menu to the staff taking your orders behind the counter. Also I thought it was really clean inside. Great experience and I'll be back.
