It is very rare that you get a bad pizza from here anymore, and if even if you did and mentioned it, they’ll make it right with a card for 1 free pizza / whatever you ordered. Good service!

My order was accidentally delivered to my neighbors, I get it, accidents happen. The store gave me a $20 credit. I wasn't sure if they meant they would credit my credit card or if it would be a store credit, I called back in and was told I has a $20 store credit towards my next order. Today a week later I called in to use it and was met with horrible customer service by Lisa. She told me I used my credit. I asked when, knowing I never did! And she gave the date and order of the mistake. Lisa was disrespectful to me, treated me like I was lying. Extremely disappointed.

So we ordered online and waited and waited. Finally over an hour goes by and we're wondering where it is! Checked the status and it says order cancelled! I call and they argue, saying we wouldn't answer! I said "uh.. No. We've been waiting in the living room." She continued to argue. I asked if they could just resend it and she said we didn't have a big enough order for delivery! What kind of crazy is that!

Had excellent customer service last night. I was having issues with my card and we couldn’t get the transaction to go through. It was a master card gift Card and was asking for a zip code. Nothing worked. So the gentlemen comped the order out and gave me the meal for free to take home to my family. I was extremely grateful for his generosity and will pay the favor forward next time I’m there in the tip jar. Thanks for making sure my kids could still eat the meal they were expecting me to bring home.
