I had Dr Randy Orsborn and he was amazing! He was very comforting and super nice. All the drs and nurses that work there are usually very nice but Dr Orsborn was amazing.

Unreliable and Rude. Went here due to a recent illness I'm still battling. Wasn't treated very fair from the point of walking in. The lady at the desk kept talking quietly and I informed her I had troubles hearing her. She finally found her voice to speak to me in a normal manner they make me wait in the car due to (Covid) I believe they spoke about me when I left. No big deal it is what it is. But I finally see the Physician Assigned to me and get done with the visit. He gave me a prescription for Capmist to assist with the Drainage problem and No pharmacy can fill it so I called back to get something else and the Nurse's won't answer the phones or call back. I will go to the actual hospital next time. This place is a waste of space and resources.

I pulled in and filled out my paper work just for an x ray on my ankle and was sat in the lobby for 2 hours!!! Until finally a woman asked if we were medical or not and sent us back to ANOTHER room to wait. Very unorganized and I am livid with this establishment!!

I went in with shingles, because my family doctor couldn't get me in as quickly. Felt terrible! Now I can understand why people consider suicide. They called in two prescriptions that I picked up before going home. My family doctor may have done as well, but I needed help and they were there for me. Thanks staff.

Yes
They do chest X-rays they can do akg they are very good and do have equipment EKG
Yes, they have their own xray room. I've had xrays taken of my hand, knee, and back here. Should they discover something they can't handle, they'll send you to the ER.
They may take an xray to confirm the break first. Depending on the severity of the break, the toe may be taped to an adjoining toe or it may be splinted. If they can't handle it there, they'll send you to the ER for further treatment.
I think they do accept Caresource. I know they accept most Ohio Medicaid Insurances. You can call them prior to going and ask if they accept it. That way you won't get stuck with a bill later.
