Lettuce in salad...1/3 or more was wilted. Ate 1/4; maybe less. No salt/pepper found. Breadsticks, although fresh, arrived when I had only one bite of lasagna left. You'd think that would be 1st thing served!

My family and I went there last evening. They were having a fundraiser event for an employee who is a Boy Scout. Even though they were very busy, they were very prompt and all around friendly. Chloe and Lukas specifically were very courteous. The interior of the restaurant was remodeled recently, and the space is clean and welcoming. A great atmosphere and experience!

It's cheap fast food Italian. It's delicious and filling and the bread sticks are awesome. If you love pasta and cheese you'll love this. Not fancy, just good.

Ate at my first Fazolis today. I was craving some decent food that wasn't necessarily fast food, but yet, was. I wanted fast service but good decent food beyond tex mex or burgers and this place proved to be a great choice. Awesome Italian Food, smelled and looked incredible, and was as delicious as it appeared. Food came out hot, fresh, and fast. Employees were super friendly and helpful. Great service. Restaurant itself was nice enough but seems to be a little ran down, and dated, but, such is most places and things in the Mansfield area. A great first impression all in all, and would visit this location as well as others in the future.
