You can't tell the customer's you serve and live in your community liar's!!! My whole order was made wrong! The Italian Sub I requested no Banana peppers on it and I got it that way! I said in the side! My pizza was supposed to be half ham, pineapple, and the other half pineapple and onion. There was only a few slices that actually had ham on any of the slices of pizza. Not to mention my Chef Salad was supposed to have Ham, Turkey, and Onion's! It didn't! Then I'm told that I'm a LIAR??? I seem to remember that was my money that paid for the food! What happened to "The Customer always being right"??? I usually spend an easy $50 each time I order from here! I guess since all I requested was that my food remade and I didn't get it I'll take my money and business elsewhere!!!! A little tip of advice to the younger people working... Respect your Elders and don't call people liar's!!!! I've been ordering pizza from them since I moved down here! It used to be 4 time's a month! You lost a loyal customer!

Ordered a pizza and it took over 2 hrs to get to our home. We live in Mansfield. When we got the pizza, it was ice cold and made completely wrong. There were items on the pizza that weren't on the order. My husband called multiple times to talk to get a refund due to wrongness of the order. We threw it out because it was disgusting. We finally got a manager the next morning who demanded we bring in the old pizza for a refund. My husband refused to dig a pizza out of the trash for a refund. It's not like they can resell it in during covid. This whole experience has ruined east of Chicago for us. Won't order their food ever again. Will give out zero stars I could.

Don't usually have a problem with this location but,when we ordered a delivery they gave no option to pay over the phone and the driver didn't show up with a card reader like they normally do. So we were left without our pizza and rather annoyed.

My husband was excited to find that we had one of your locations that would deliver to us. He hasn't had a tower pizza in probably 10 years. I love your taco pizza. The kids had a pepperoni pizza, light sauce. We were quite disappointed in the pizzas. The light sauce one had sauce spread over top of the cheese. The taco pizza was drowning in taco sauce. Thankfully, the tower was ok, but not what we remembered. We spent over $60 with tip and will not order from this location again. I sent a complaint to corporate who emailed me back quickly saying that they'd forward it to this franchise. NO RESPONSE from the franchise in a MONTH! SAUCE ON TOP OF THE "LIGHT SAUCE" PIZZA??? COME ON!! I managed a Pizza Hut for a few years under very stressful times, working 90 or so hours per week. I understand issues and unhappy customers. This NEVER happened. I have no understanding of this especially with no response!
