I’ve lived here now for almost a year with my two best girlie friends, we have had a blast and love it here. Maintenance is in and out but will eventually get it done. S/O to the maintenance man. I don’t really know our neighbors except for a few who are really nice! Affordable rent and a lot of memories made. Shout out Halloween

I was looking for an apartment and I called Colonial Estates twice, left a voice message and didn’t get an answer until this morning. I got a call from a very rude lady who told me in a very rude voice that she couldn’t call me back because she was so busy and that she doesn’t have apartments available. I asked for an application anyway and she said that she wasn’t going to send me one. If she doesn’t like her job, she should quit. Customers who are trying to find a home, don’t have the fault to be talked to that way.

Nice complex, people are nice and manager is great. She's competent and actually cares about the community, nice lady. Apartments are nice especially for all utilities paid.

Great location but the apartments are not a good place to live. The manager is rude, has their pick of their favorite tenants, two-faced nosey neighbors. The place has bed bugs & roaches. I wouldnt tell anyone to move here 👎👎
