I have worked here for a little over a year and absolutely love it! Management is dope as hell and most of the staff really take their job seriously. There are always areas to improve and the management is willing to make those improvements. I also have family that is living here and couldn't be happier with the care they receive.

I have to say that I am truly grateful for the staff at NCCC. They have taken good care of my mother, and work their butts off to boot. No place is perfect and given what the country is facing with the pandemic, I for one am very supportive of what they do and would challenge anyone that has issues to come talk with the management on how to fix what it is you think is wrong.

This place is not friendly to people with autism, puts immense pressure on workers and feeds their residents grilled cheese and soup for dinner 2-3 times a week and has little food diversity for its residents

My brother was in placement at North Central for 7 months and just discharged in July of 2020. My family was so impressed by the care and competency of all the staff. They were extremely responsive to our needs and great communicators! We can't imagine how difficult it has been for them during this time with Covid. We were stunned that after recently testing all the staff and clients there was not one case of Covid. We will be forever grateful for the staff 's compassion, flexibility and collaboration in getting my brother John ready for his next step .... Assisted living!
