My sister-in-law and I ordered the Whale-of-a-Cod Fish Sandwich with fries and coleslaw. After a couple bites, we looked at each other and back at our sandwich halves. They were done only through the breading; the cod itself was raw! The fries were good only for the garbage, cold and stale. We complained to the server, who was apologetic and offered to give us another cod sandwich, an offer we declined, ordering a Philly Cheese Sandwich. It was a big disappointment as well. It was mostly bread with a few tiny slices of beef, a microscopic number of onion tidbits and a slice of American Cheese. Sorry, Eat'n Park. I'm visiting in Pittsburgh with family and will be sure to avoid returning to your restaurant the next time I return.

Did take out had a few separate meals all in one check. Everyone received their food except me, the potion of my meal I did receive made me throw up sadly. For the money I paid for the food I never received they would not give me a refund, manager offered gift card. Idk if they didn’t believe me or what but I called as soon as every deciphered who’s was who’s but I will not be using the GC at that location. Definitely put a bad taste in my mouth. If you pay for an item or service that you did not get what entities you to keep my hard earned money? Everyone was pretty nice but it’s just doesn’t make sense why I couldn’t get a refund to my debit card. I spent $57 there that morning just for aggravation and an upset stomach😔

Average. The prices are going up. I wasn’t impressed or disappointed I was craving French toast and it tasted exactly as I remembered last time I was here. The Pepsi I ordered wasn’t watered down. This location is much nicer than the moon location.

I ordered takeout. Got home and was very disappointed by the slices of pie I was given. The one was super small and the other one looked like a complete pile of slop. As far as my sandwich’s those were good looking.
