You want fast, reliable nonstop wifi? Well your in the wrong place, whats the point of buying from these guys if you cant even look them up on their on wifi. Literally. This is my second review and ill bet theyll delete this too. I remember having game systems on, laptop and the whole house could be reached. Everyone was on the wifi. But once we switched to this sorry company, you cant even stream a movie on One persons phone. And we have 3 kids who used to have to leave somewhere else for school during the early school year. Such an disappointing company, and if you think im lying just check the other reviews

Customer service is friendly, wifi is line of sight from transmission tower and works good when it’s up. Service has limited band with of 2 to 10 meg. Service periodically drops out two three days at a time throughout the year. As of 11/13/19 it was down 5 days. 3 to 4 stars. RELIABILITY issue is definitely area for improvement.

POVN employees have been great at addressing any issues I may have and getting them taken care of ASAP. I went from wireless to broadband when the "switch" happened, and I have amazing internet, and it's very affordable. Even when the office is closed, if there's an issue, just leave them a voicemail because it's checked periodically and they will address the issue. The employee's/owners/manager are very kind, willing to help, thoughtful and greet you with a smile and "how can I help you today" when you walk in the door or call.

I've been with them for 6 months now with no problem, very good spreeds and excellent customer service. In fact I went to I fiber, Concept Cable, and Povn when looking for an ISP and chose POVN because they took the time to explain different packages and answer some questions I had, instead of just handing me a paper and sending me away. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped me find the right service for me. The installation was great, the technician even spent some extra time helping me configure my personal router and secondary router, I would definitely recommend POVN as your next ISP.
