I'm not pleased with this agency. Some areas of Spokane have adequate water pressure and some big swathes of customers have poor pressure. What exactly are we paying for here? Rufe, terse, incompetent employees and poor water pressure?

Had some questions about itemizations with my bill so I called and talked to a Linda. I think Linda must have recently been broken up with because she was incredibly rude and on edge. She might have been trying to beat her all-time high score of most dramatic sigh's in a conversation as I struggled to not laugh at her teenage-like response to every question I had. I'm not sure what's at the root of this internal struggle she's having but it might be time for Linda to get a new job or at least go to some yoga classes or something. Namaste Linda, I hope you can learn to love again.
