Bob and I bought a RV here at cricket. very nice RV. it was brought in and I was originally looking at a C class but he showed us a A class and we were very impressed. we had a salesman by the name of Curtis. very nice. the managers are awesome. we had a little bit of a confusion but they treated us kindly, very respect, very good. place to buy an RV. we traded in our travel trailer and they gave us a very nice trade-in value. Bob and I really can say all good. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. And recommend them all the way.

Outstanding experience in the North Spokane Click It RV service dept.  Excellent customer service from receptionist to service advisor Steve and the techs.  They genuinely cared that we were in a predicament with hot water not pressurizing and pump prime issue.   We had a problem with our jack getting stuck on the way to the shop and they walked us through it.  Felt like friendly small town service. They were knowledgeable, thorough, professional and honest about what needed to be done.  All fixed in a couple of hours.

The staff was very nice. Very friendly. Went in purchased a car. I loved it, drove off the lot. My brakes were so bad going down a hill, the car was shaking so bad. I had to have the brakes and rotors replaced the same day. Then recently I looked at my contract. The sale price was $22500.I Realized they added on $5000 without even telling me. So I paid $27500. I told them I could not spend over the $22500. They told me they were going to help me as my fiancé had just passed away. I was in a bind. I guess no matter how nice they are, you can’t trust anyone.
