Salesman (Brett) was extremely helpful, easy-going and courteous. After purchasing, we determined the sofa and loveseat just wasn't the right fit for us. Some extenuating circumstances were involved, but Walker's was very accommodating in working with us to trade in for a different set. Treated us fairly and with a genuine desire to provide top-notch customer service. That''s how "loyalty" develops. Highly recommend!

We walked in to Walker’s to browse for a much needed upgrade on our couch. Patrick was kind enough to show us all the different styles, fabrics and designs options the store had to offer. We eventually landed on a sectional we both loved and he was very patient with the decision making process. He stayed in contact with us to ensure we got the best deal possible. Shelly helped us at Walker’s today. She was kind and knowledgeable but didn’t pressure us at all. We loved a couple sofas and even went to look at 6 other stores, but didn’t find anything that compared to those at Walker’s, especially for the price and quality. We called back later and was able to easily purchase the sofa and ottoman set over the phone. The set we bought was even in stock and is being delivered 5 days from now. We’re thrilled! He took the time to show us what we were interested in and he answered all our questions.. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable about the items we were interested in at Walker's. Nicolas exemplified in serving the customer! He makes you feel special and he makes everything right for you. I have spent many,many years in serving the customer in my previous business and past jobs and I only wish that Nicholas had been on my team.
