It wasn’t easy making the decision to put our grandmother in assisted living. Now that she is settling in we know it was the right thing. North Point Village has proven to be a place that we can feel confident that grandma will be taken care of. Robert and his staff have been more than helpful making us feel welcome. Robert has gone above and beyond answering questions, keeping in contact with us and helping us make the “ The Big Move”. He calmed our fears and put up with our crazy family. North point is a beautiful, clean, newly updated facility. The food looks good, and nutritious. If there has been any thing we have needed or questions we have had they are more than happy to assist us. Thank you North Point Village for making us feel that our grandmother is safe and cared for. Five stars truly isn't enough. Robert Paulson and North Point Village are off the charts, in a league of their own. Robert took us in and instantly became family to us. He has helped us in so many ways from the emotional side of moving our loved one from their "forever home" into North Point to the physical side of helping line up movers, measuring furniture, helping pick out new furniture. He's been family to us through the process and you can't ask for more than that. I highly recommend Robert and North Point Village to anyone looking for the perfect addition to their family as they transition into this stage in life.

This community was 5-stars when owned by Brookdale. Unfortunately, it has plummeted under Pegasus. Staffing is a major issue. It's a revolving door. Not just with the med techs but with management. The last three Executive Directors have only made it about 9 months. Their billing system is antiquated. Forget online bill pay, the only modern way to pay your bill is to give them access to your bank account. AND you better have lots of money as they've ended participation in the medicaid program so once you run out of money your loved one WILL be kicked out. Also, there is no way to get a corrected bill if you find a billing error. You have to wait for corporate to issue a credit. The facility itself is uninviting There's been gross glue stains on the stairs between the first and second floors for at least a year. They started a remodel around the front desk and have never finished it. Despite what is promised, the bottom line is Pegasus cares more about getting your money than about caring for your loved one. There are several better options close by. I'd suggest checking them out first.

Warm and welcoming community. The staff is so friendly and I feel at ease knowing my loved one is being so well taken care of here. Medina toured my family and I when we were thinking about making the transition and she truly was the selling point for us. She put my worries to rest and answered every question I had. She truly went above and beyond to make this hard and emotional process as easy and stress free as possible and I’m so glad I chose this place for my loved one to stay. Best decision!

Hi Dorothy, North Point Village is not a buy-in assisted living community.
