Convenient location on the South Hill for those living here. I had a tune up done, it was possibly pricer than other options but my bike rides great. (The young guy in the shop is professional and friendly when talked to). However, I have been in here three times in the last month and the customer relations are unwelcoming. Each time there were 4-5 staff members present but no smiles, no 'welcome in', etc. When I did engage with staff responses were unenthusiastic.

Have bought bicycles before from here, prices seem steep but service is awesome!!! In the market for a new bicycle! What is your layaway policy? 50% down, pay off in 6 months or something like that?

Ordered our ebikes at Wheelsport south in July. Bikes arrived in less than two weeks and were promptly assembled. Cory was very helpful through the process and made things flow very smoothly. I picked up a tack in my front tire while riding two months later on a Sunday. I took the bike to the store for repair expecting it to remain there for a few days awaiting repair. Jon thought it could be ready by the next day but I received a call two hours later that day that it was repaired. I was very happy for the quick turnaround as I had a big bike trip planned for Tuesday. Jon was also very helpful in selecting the best rear view mirror to fit our needs. Kudos to Wherlsport South and Jon and Cory for the great service.

I emailed the store a week ago asking what FS bikes they had to demo. Jon Boyer responded quickly with the bikes they had available in my size and sensing right off the bat that he was a cool dude, I gushed about my analysis paralysis in selecting my first FS bike. Jon made that point forward an absolute dream! He was so friendly and down to earth - I felt like he really leveled with me during my search and understood how seriously I took the decision. I ended up with a demo on the Salsa Rustler and loved it! Jon went out of his was to give me a special deal, which was awesome all on its own, but even more so in light of the COVID crisis and financial strain folks are experiencing. I work in healthcare and this has been a very very very hard time. Meeting Jon and being so well cared for felt like a breath of fresh air. I purchased the bike, which was tuned and sparkling clean, and rode it that same night. I am so in love with the freedom of riding my new steed out on the trails. So thank you! Thank you thank you thank you!!!! I can’t express my deep appreciation enough to Jon and his team!
