I'm so tired of paying for things that I don't get in my order. I've ordered from this Sombreros location on Mission Gorge about 2-3 times a month for about a year. The game in my house now is what are they going to forget. No salsa, No Chips (when shown in the menu to come with), No Hot Carrots that they charge me $1+ for but don't include. Sometimes a full meal is missing. Missing toppings. Missing sides. Missing drinks. They don't forget to charge me. They just forget to give me what I paid for. Typically I am able to get a refund... but it's a hassle I don't want to deal with. Sombreros- get it together! The food is good, that's why we've come back. But we have decided not to continue to order from you anymore because you keep messing up. We gave you a chance - you keep failing us. Adios Sombreros.

I came a little after midnight 5/22/22 and ordered pollo asado supreme cali burrito and supreme rolled tacos. Everything was fire🔥🔥. They had great salsas, carrots w/jalapenos, and complementary chips. I have lived in Daygo my entire life, and I know Mexican food. This was some of the best I have ever had from Sombreros, which says alot because we have great Mexi food all over. The staff was on point. Thank You and much Respect😎

Disappointed in the quality of food. Only gave 2 stars because they got my order correct and service was quick. Rolled tacos tasted stale and soggy. Chicken in the wet burrito was dry. For the price that they charge, I’d expect the quality to be better.

Always a must have when in town. One of my local favorites. Everything is great here. I got the California burrito 🌯 and rolled tacos.
