The tampiqueña with arrachera was very tender and well made. Some good guacamole is always a plus. Wasn’t a fan of the enchilada. Otherwise, overall decent meal.

I have been here a couple of times over the years. Today was the visit that really made me review this establishment. The wait was less than 5 minutes on a Monday lunch hour. Was served chips and salsa along the drinks in no time but the food did take a little longer than expected, although the food made up for the time. The Caldo Norteño was super good and served in a big bowl. (Large). They have many options for dessert and I opted for the Tres Leches, it’s one of the best around. I’ll be back to try more options.

My first time in San Diego and wanted to try something authentic. The place was nice and quiet. The serves were and courteous. The food was good but needed a bit of salt. I was expecting a lot more flavor from this restaurant because of the location. Overall a very good experience.
