There was plastic in my food. My girlfriend also got food poisoning from this place. Unfortunately chipotle can’t be trusted I wish I could trust it due to the convenience of it. Check photo attached for plastic in the food.

I guess their final answer is to take my money and not supply a product even the wrong one. Never got the right food and they would not issue a refund and GET THIS...THEY KEPT MY WRONG FOOD AND MY MONEY!!! I GOT ZERO FOR MY 80 DOLLAR INVESTMENT FOR MY FAMILY. (Sorry girls, Chipotle was mad they couldn't get my order correct so they decided to take my wrong food and my money lol) What you did by taking my money and not supplying anything is called what? I expect an answer of some sort. I received zero food or refund. What are u thinking? How many have you done this to? No more Chipotle. Contact me . I see it as my job to save others. Refund or food? Which? Nothing provided is an ethics issue. Fix it. Im your customer not your business funding.

Visiting here from out of town. The Marriott hotel we're at doesn't have dining options so we turned to Door Dash to order from this Chipotle. Our order was incorrect and the restaurant only gave the driver 1 of the 2 bags for our order. Once he arrived it was noted; however there was nothing he could do as the restaurant was then closed. I contacted the restaurant and got a voicemail box, even though according to the website the store closes at 10 and it was only 9:30. I had no recourse other than getting a refund from Door Dash and then having to place another order and wait til after 10 to get food from elsewhere. Glad I don't live in this area...would definitely not do business with this Chipotle.

Worst location with RUDE employees. I went in to pick up my order around 8pm and one guy who worked there was so creepy and angry looking. My food was so full of salsa juice that the contrainer leaked through the bottom. This location went from being outstanding to garbage. Might as well get Tacobell.
