We hired them to cater at our wedding, which was a big mistake. The food tasted good, like it generally does at the restaurant. However the service right from the start, including at the wedding was terrible. The owner Ranji (an impossible lady to work with) has extremely poor communication and management skills, does not understand anything about quality service, and pays zero attention to providing a good experience. After somehow getting through the evening of our wedding like she was doing everyone a favor, she decided to pack up the food area early without informing anybody, and proceeded to trash all the leftovers- perfectly good food that we had paid for! I would absolutely not recommend them for any event. They prepare good South Indian food, but know nothing about catering or providing a service.

Service of the lady taking order is super poor ,rude and arrogant..as if she is obliging us by taking order....all was the body language... sorry miss but this is a hospitality service and u need to improve or else all are going to San Idli coffee. Food is great ie 80/100. Water; they have prefilled open glasses and serve them. Need more cleanliness.

If you are ever in San Diego and craving for South Indian food and this is the place to be . I tried out their South Indian thali and was worth every penny . You get vada and plain dosa as starters and hot gulab jamun as the dessert . They offer unlimited tomato , coconut , peanut chutney and piping hot sambhar with whatever you order. Amazing quality of food. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing dinner here. We loved the unlimited quantity of sambhar and chutneys. All chutneys like peanut, cocunut were delicious. Their dosas were great. Their service was very fast. I would recommend anyone to eat south indian food here.
