For those who know how to cook, good food takes time.
I believe the servers haven't had proper training, as would be the case in any place that has slow service. Perhaps the owners don't know how to properly train personnel. In any case, I go here expecting slow service and great food and come with more patience. If you think the food is worth it, consider having more tolerance as part of the cost.
I agree that it takes time, but being from a part of South India where this restaurants food is supposed to be based, let me tell you, this is perhaps as South Indian and south Indian cuisine can get! Brilliant taste - authentic. Bottom line - worth the wait
