Store ok but if Rocky is asked to help you ask for someone else. Rocky acted like it was an inconvenience to help a customer. Rocky was rude. If another store had was I was after, I would have gone there.

The majority of the staff are nice. A few managers/supervisors are unprofessional and rude. I am an animal lover, however, this is a place of business. Why are you allowing a cat to lay all over your merchandise? And an open litter box next to the public restrooms?? 🤢 Seems this place goes through a lot of different employees, maybe there is a reason for this???? This place would do so much better with new owners and a clean up of their staff.

They are very helpful and considerate at this perticular ace hardware where as almost all of them in Spokane are not and the variety is surprisingly big for such a small little country town
