I have come to your station for 5 years to get my car washed with the military ID card for the stag wash for 5.00..last month I came in and the big guy with the brown hat on Sundays said I couldn’t get the 5.00 car wash because I had to come on Friday..I told him that for 5 years I didn’t have to come on Friday to get the discount with ID, to ask the owner if this was true..Today he was just plain rude and said he asked the owner and he said only on Friday and did I own the station? I said No..then the owner makes the rules and I didn’t have a ID card..It was for a dependent..I said that’s not how you treat someone that has been in the military..I am 75 years old and was in the Army during the Vietnam War…No wonder serviceman were treated so bad when they came back from Vietnam.Still get treated with no respect..I am so hurt and disappointed..If this is a new rule then I think you could have spoken with respect to a older generation because he was older too.
