My story with Peterson Home Centers I began my search in 2020 chose another place which fell through pretty quickly with the volatile market and Covid. While we had some things already lined up and done I began my search again. I started searching up different Manufactured home dealers what I couldn’t find was an already existing built home ready to go. My son was driving down Hwy 395 and saw a big sign saying ready for delivery. Peterson Home Center had been paying attention to what was happening and pre-ordered homes to sell. I immediately went in to secure a home that was already built that I knew then I would be able to lock down the price and not worry about my price going up while waiting for my home to be built. I meet with Miguel picked a home they already had received recently from the factory signed the P&S in Nov 2021. While I had already done some work to prepare the land and secure a building permit there was plenty more to be done as well as adjusted. Regardless of any company such as Peterson I would be all over driving this situation. Do I feel there are things that could have been done better or smoother yes absolutely. Do I also know reality? Yes I do. No one is perfect and I worked closely with Miguel to ensure anything I could do to help and move things along that fell to us as the land owners. I know from working with Miguel that he is genuine and really does care, he has a hard job doing what he does as this is peoples lives and they want to be in their homes. I found him to be very responsive to my calls and emails. Doing what I do it is highly important for communication good or bad. His response was timely. We originally had been quoted for a pressure septic system, of course I had no problem driving this piece of the project to ensure we could in fact do a gravity flow. Now that being said my concern was always how honest is this place when it came to the final hash out of the numbers where this was concerned. Well I was very pleased with the honesty of Miguel of the difference in cost he was spot on to what I had researched, I was quickly refunded the difference right after taking possession of my home. To find a company that is perfect is impossible, but it is also impossible to find a company with honest business practices and caring people as well. After everything was done I could tell by my conversation with Miguel he truly cared and works very hard doing his best to get people in their homes. For this reason I would highly recommend Peterson Home Centers. I was in my house by July. So about 7-8 months for the whole process. Kudos to Peterson Home Centers thinking ahead and having houses ordered ahead of this crazy market and inflation.

Would 100% recommend! After purchasing land we started to look at options for building, we had met with site built builders and a few other manufacture home builders when we referred by some friends to Peterson Home Center. Our first visit to their model homes was fantastic! We were able to walk around and tour each of their homes with out having a salesman hoovering over us as we discussed each one. Once we decided we wanted to get more information we were able to have a sit down with Miguel to discuss options and get a quote. He was able to get us our estimate with in a few days and we were then able to make our decision that we were choosing Peterson Home Center to help us get our home. Once we had our financing in place Miguel was able to recommend the different contractors we would need through this process and his recommendations worked out fantastic! The overall process from the time we did our build plan to getting our certificate of occupancy was exceptional! We had a few hiccups along the way from our lender that Miguel was able to help navigate. Once the home was delivered Miguel and Corey both made sure that things moved right along and that we didn’t have any delays. Miguel and Corey are both fantastic individuals and we are so happy that we found Peterson Home Center! We love our new home and cant wait to start making memories in it!!!

Peterson Home Center was great to work with. We ordered a custom design 2,300 square foot home. From the beginning to the end of our project, we had professional, knowledgeable, and reliable customer service. Miguel the office manager and project coordinator was always patient and answered all my questions and concerns with a smile and great attitude.
