Pat is the real deal. A great guy who's not going to try and sell you anything you really don't need just to line his own pockets like other mechanics. I had some brake problems with my car and I called him asking his opinion on the matter. Basically told me I should get new rotors, calipers, and pads on the front of my car, a costly job. As money's tight right now, I asked him if that's the kind of job I could do with the help of a mechanically-savvy friend and some basic tools. He told me that it absolutely is. He didn't try to scare me and increase his own business profits, he simply told me "yeah, it's really not a hard or complicated job if you have someone who knows some general stuff about cars." He also gave me a thorough explanation of why my car needed the new parts, which was easy to understand and concise. Bottom line, Pat is a great guy who is not only knowledgeable about cars, but open and honest with you about what you might need, even if it doesn't mean maximum profits for him, and THAT is the kind of man you should give your business too.
